Do you see our calendar on the left where it says we're on vacation? Well, that's what we're saying even though we can't get away. Terry stayed overnite last night with mumsy, so we went to the Dubuque River Museum and really enjoyed it. Here we are in our 3d glasses during our 4d movie experience. Fun!
I'm so thankful that we can enjoy ourselves wherever we are! It's because our hope is in the Lord, not stuff on earth.
I love this thought from Jeremiah: "The LORD is my portion," says my soul, "Therefore I have hope in Him."

I have my mom here for 6 weeks, and at first it took a little getting used to her with her needs and the changes that living in someone else's home address. Mom is a trooper and I am so thankful for her.
Praying that you can be refreshed in the small segments of time and to remember it is only for a season.
